Orders · Payment

Select your drop, complete checkout, and pay via BenefitPay. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been verified.

BenefitPay only. Orders are not processed until full payment confirmation is received.

Payment verification may require manual confirmation. If payment has been made, contact us with your order number and confirmation details.

 

No. Orders cannot be edited once submitted. This includes delivery address, phone number, or product selection.

 

Cancellations are not guaranteed. Once preparation or dispatch has started, cancellation will be declined. All sales are final once payment is confirmed.

 

Orders · Payment

Yes. We deliver within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

GCC delivery is available upon request and subject to approval, additional fees, and extended timelines.

Free Delivery and Express Delivery.

Free Delivery typically arrives within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Once notified that your order is “Out for Delivery,” arrival is expected within approximately 5 hours.

Express Delivery costs 2 BHD and is delivered within 24 hours. Orders fully paid before 12:00 PM (Bahrain time) may qualify for same-day delivery. Orders paid after 12:00 PM are delivered the next business day. Once marked “Out for Delivery,” arrival is expected within approximately 2 hours.

Specific time slots are not guaranteed. Delivery timing depends on courier routing and availability.

Customers are responsible for accurate checkout details. Incorrect information may result in delay, failed delivery, or additional re-delivery fees.

Courier confirmation is treated as proof of fulfillment. Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp for review.

Returns · Replacements

No. All sales are final. Refunds are not issued.

 

No. All items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons.

Replacements are considered only for damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Approval is subject to internal review.

Our website automatically manages stock availability.
If a product reaches zero stock, it is either disabled or placed on backorder automatically.

 

Products · Drops

Products are curated and may vary slightly due to availability. Minor variations in packaging or components do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Many drops are limited quantity or seasonal. Availability is not guaranteed.

 

Some drops are one-time releases and may not be restocked.

Customers are responsible for reviewing any ingredient or usage information provided. Cheerdrop is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse.

 
 

Gifting

Yes. Enter the recipient’s delivery details at checkout.

 

Delivery partners may contact the recipient to complete delivery. Recipient information is used strictly for fulfillment purposes.

Notes submitted at checkout will be printed as provided. Formatting, typography, and layout may vary.

Custom greeting cards are designed by the Cheerdrop team based on the information supplied.
This includes original wording and visual styling using premium materials such as colored print and foil.
Due to the bespoke nature of this service, designs are non-replicable and non-refundable once produced.
