Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
Cheerdrop delivers within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
GCC delivery may be arranged upon written request and is subject to approval, additional fees, customs regulations, and extended delivery timelines. We reserve the right to decline any GCC shipment request at our sole discretion.
2. Delivery Options (Bahrain)
A. Free Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Once notified that the order is “Out for Delivery,” delivery is expected within approximately 5 hours.
B. Express Delivery
- Fee: 2 BHD
- Delivery within 24 hours.
- Orders fully paid and confirmed before 12:00 PM (Bahrain time) qualify for same-day dispatch.
- Orders paid after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
- Once notified that the order is “Out for Delivery,” express shipments are expected within approximately 2 hours.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment confirmation via BenefitPay.
During high-demand drops, seasonal releases, or promotional periods, processing times may extend without prior notice.
Business days exclude Fridays and official public holidays in Bahrain.
4. Payment Requirement
Orders are dispatched only after full payment confirmation via BenefitPay.
Unverified, incomplete, or incorrectly transferred payments will result in order delay or cancellation.
5. Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including full address and active contact number.
Cheerdrop shall not be liable for failed delivery resulting from incorrect address details, incomplete location information, unreachable contact numbers, or customer absence at the time of delivery.
Re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Risk Transfer
Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery at the provided address.
Courier confirmation shall constitute valid proof of fulfillment.
7. Failed or Refused Delivery
If delivery fails after reasonable courier attempts, the order may be returned.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Re-dispatch will require additional delivery charges.
8. Damages or Delivery Issues
Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence of outer packaging, inner packaging, and product condition must be provided.
Failure to notify within 24 hours voids any claim. Cheerdrop reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility for replacement.
9. Force Majeure
Cheerdrop shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic disruptions, courier delays, weather conditions, system outages, or governmental restrictions.
