Refund and Returns Policy

All sales made through Cheerdrop are final. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy

All products sold by Cheerdrop are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed.

We do not issue refunds for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Unwanted gifts
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability
  • Opened, used, or tampered products

Payments made via BenefitPay are considered final and non-reversible once confirmed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards, all items and curated boxes sold by Cheerdrop are non-returnable.

Once a product has been sealed, dispatched, or delivered, it may not be returned under any circumstance.

3. Replacement Eligibility (Damaged or Incorrect Orders Only)

A replacement may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Clear photographic or video evidence is provided
  • Our internal review verifies the claim

Cheerdrop reserves sole discretion in determining whether a replacement will be issued.

If approved, a replacement of the same product will be provided. If the item is unavailable, an equivalent item of equal value may be provided instead.

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Courier & Delivery Liability

If a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the courier, Cheerdrop considers the order fulfilled.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

Delivery disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.

5. Limited and Seasonal Drops

All limited-edition, seasonal, custom, or promotional drops are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Replacements for such items are limited to verified transit damage only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Cheerdrop’s liability exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Cheerdrop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.

7. Reporting Procedure

To report an eligible issue:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Submit clear photos or video evidence
  • Provide a brief written explanation of the issue
