It Found Its Way Into the Right Hands

It Found Its Way Into the Right Hands

There is a strange quiet that comes after the last one.

The final bags laid out. Counted again, just to be sure. Nothing left to add, nothing left to hold back.

Warm Start did not leave all at once. It moved gently, order by order, name by name. Each one carried a small intention with it, and then it was gone.

The moment it sold out did not feel loud. It felt still. Like exhaling after holding your breath without realizing it.

I stood there looking at what remained. A few empty spaces. Printed labels waiting to be matched with hands and doors and destinations.

This is the part people do not always see. The pause after completion. The quiet pride mixed with relief. The awareness that something you shaped no longer belongs to you.

Warm Start was never meant to stay. It was meant to pass through.

And it did.
