Preparing for a Different Rhythm of Work and Season
Ramadan does not behave like other seasons.
It changes how time is used, how energy is spent, and how work fits around life instead of the other way around. Preparing for it requires a different kind of planning.
By early January, the focus shifted. Not toward launches, but toward rhythm. When work can happen. When it should not. What needs to be ready early, and what can wait until closer to the month itself.
The drops planned for this season were not complicated, but they were sensitive. Ajar. Girgaon. Eidiya. Each one carried expectations that had nothing to do with novelty and everything to do with intention.
That meant preparation started further upstream than usual. Quantities were discussed carefully. Packaging choices were reconsidered. Nothing could feel rushed or excessive. Timing mattered more than speed.
Operationally, this phase is about removing pressure before it appears. Making sure materials are ready before fasting changes the workday. Making sure decisions are settled before nights become shorter and days feel longer.
This kind of preparation does not show itself immediately. It looks like lists. Adjusted timelines. Quiet coordination. But it changes everything once the season arrives.
Ramadan rewards readiness. The work done early protects the work that comes later.
That is what this period was for.
